But first, let me mention that you have all week to link up. Just find the day one post and scroll down to link up. The hop runs from 3/19 to 3/26 so you have plenty of time to create a new project and link up. It must be a new project. Old creations from your social media will not qualify.
Although I used mostly Catherine Pooler Ink products, looking through my stash, I could not find a sun ray stencil or die. What??!! The stencil I had probably disappeared into the great unknown. I did, however, have an embossing folder from Sunny Studio Stamps. To achieve that "stenciled" look, I simply inked up my cardstock, embossed it, then cut out the negative pieces with scissors. Voile! Mission accomplished!
Although I used Catherine Pooler Inks on my sunbeam and sentiment, I used Copic markers on my mugs. I'm all about the matchy matchy look, so I kept my mugs the same, popping one up on foam adhesive. I also used a bit of Nuvo glitter glue on the word "Shine" for added sparkle.
