Scrapbook.com Bat Parade - Join Me!

For my card created for the Bat Parade on Instagram, I created stenciled pumpkins on a white card panel with the Pumpkin Patch layered stencil set using my Scrapbookcom hybrid ink in Autumn Leaves and Honeycomb. Once my pumpkins were stenciled, then I stenciled my faces with Scrapbookcom hybrid ink in Leather. My night sky was stenciled using my hybrid ink in Midnight Blue and Parisian Purple. I did cut a small circle with my mint masking tape and covered that spot for the moon before ink blending my sky.

After ink blending my sky, I peeled off the tape circle and blended with my domed blender tool and white pigment ink to make it appear to glow around the moon. Just move your blender tool in a circle around the moon. Stars were stenciled with white acrylic paint and a palette knife, using my same stencil, then dotted all over my sky with the tip of a paintbrush.

My cat and sentiment were stamped with the Scrapbookcom Boo-tiful stamp set in black hybrid ink  and I tore a strip of black cardstock for a spooky "cemetary" feel. 

Lastly, I cut several bats from  the Halloween Bat die set, the smallest die, and popped those up on my panel with foam tape. They add so much to my spooky scene! I accented them with a white gel pen to make it look light the moonlight was bouncing off the top of them.

(My card panel was mounted on a white card that was trimmed to be a bit wider than an A2 card)
