I'm guest designing this month for the June challenge over at the Caffeinated Christmas card challenge blog. The challenge theme this month is "Masculine". Scroll down for more challenge details and a few creative details on my card.

**We would love for you to link up with a newly created card this month and be in the running to win a $25 gift code from sponsor Jaded Blossom.
For this card, I wanted to incorporate buffalo plaid because I often associate that with the men in my life. I reached for my Echo Park Paper pad A Lumberjack Christmas. It's a retired paper pad so I've included a link at the end of this post that is an EPP cousin to this set, Let's Lumberjack.
Next, I did some staggered stamping using my Misti on a card panel with my Scrapbookcom black hybrid ink, the Scrapbookcom stamp set Christmas Expressions and an A2 Neenah card panel.
I trimmed my card panel just a bit and created a woodgrain cardstock frame with my paper pad and nested rectangle dies. Both my card panel and frame are adhered flat.
Next, I die cut multiple letters to spell HO HO HO from the LDRS Creative Sophie Alpha Uppercase die set. I love the font style. I cut the letters with my buffalo plaid paper and also with black cardstock to offset and glue for a shadow effect.
I replaced one of my O letters for a coffee cup from the Wendy Vecchi stamp set, Let's Shop. I stamped in hybrid ink then colored with copic markers and fussy cut. All of my images are popped up on adhesive foam.
Lastly, I stamped a sentiment inside my card from the same Wendy Vecchi stamp set. Hey, it's a guy card and they don't need all the frills, right? Haha! I like simple, myself.
Be sure to link up your newly created masculine, coffee or tea themed card here, by June 25th. Thanks so much for stopping by. Most of the products I used are linked below or scattered throughout this post, if you're interested in adding some of these items to your stash. I've provided convenient affiliate links at no additional cost to you. See you next time!
