Spellbinders May Quick & Easy Cards

I have several cards to share with you today, featuring the Spellbinders May Quick & Easy Card Kit. This months kit is called, "Spreading Happiness" and I've got to say, it lives up to its name!

For my first card, I was inspired by those adorable frogs; the handsome Prince Charming and his Princess! I wanted to create a pond scene and thankfully, all the elements that I needed were there. Spellbinders thought of everything! That patterned paper looks like a wood grain design, one of the selections in this months kit, I thought it would make an awesome pond for layering the rest of my die cuts. It definitely passes for swirling water!

This card features these elements from the kit: patterned paper, die cuts, puffy sticker sentiments, chipboard embellishments, and of the course the adhesives and A2 card.

Home is our happy place and I wanted to create a simple card that can be put together quickly. This card features some embossing on a white card panel using the 3D Circle Illusion embossing folder, run through my Platinum 6 die cut machine. I was thrilled to see white card panels included in this months kit because I love a lot of white space.

This card would be lovely to send a friend moving into a new home or simply to remind a friend or loved one how important family is to you. This card features these items from the kit: patterned paper, chipboard elements, and die cuts.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Everyone who know me, knows my obsession with coffee and tea. I take both, hot or cold but preferably hot. I'm always wishing for coffee and tea elements in these card kits and so far, I have not been disappointed. Did I mention this months kit includes some shaker elements? They are fantastic and I trimmed up some of the items in the mix to make the sprinkle embellishments on my donuts. There's also some pretty, clear sequins and they are adhered to my card as well.

Other items used from the kit are: patterned paper, colored cardstock, chipboard elements, and die cuts.

My last card is a hodge podge of lovely floral die cuts. Beneath all those die cuts is an embossed dark blue card panel using the Tile Reflections 3D embossing folder. Some of my die cuts are adhered directly to the embossed panel and others are popped up on adhesive foam. I also glued some of the sprinkle mix onto the center of a couple of those flowers.

Elements from this kit include, die cuts, colored card panels, shaker mix, cardstock embellishments, sequins and puffy sentiment stickers

Join one or all of the club selections and cancel at any time! You can skip a month if a club selection doesn't meet your needs, and sign up again at any time. The window for new subscribers opens on May 6th.  Thanks for stopping by.
