The Feeling Fall collection is coming to the Catherine Pooler shop on Wednesday at 9 am eastern time (Tuesday for Stamp Nation members)! I have some inspiration for you today, featuring products from the Bushel and A Peck Bundle and guess what else.....new foiling products! I'm super excited about that. I've got all the details below!

I mentioned that I'm creating with the Bushel and a Peck Bundle today, but there is so much more in the Feeling Fall collection; sunflowers, pumpkins, cover plates, foiling products and more! Check out the entire release of new products, here on Wednesday!
I have a short reel over on Instagram here, that shows how I spritzed my apples for that yellow and red watercolor look. I also have another reel showing some mass production of sentiments with the new Joyful Thanks hot foil plates and dies! You can view that here, and I hope you're already following me on Insta!
First, I stamped my apple stamp (from the Appley Ever After stamp set) on white cardstock with my Misti stamp positioner, using the Sauna ink pad. Next, I inked the edges of the apple stamp with Rockin' Red, spritzed with water using my mini misting spray and blotted the center with a paper towel, then stamped again on the apple. It gives a very cool watercolor look.
Fun fact, Jonagold apples are our favorite apples. When my son was little and he found out apples were named after him (Jonah), that was it, haha! Jonagold apples are also the inspiration for my spritzed apples, as they typically have a red skin with a tinge of yellow.
Let me also mention that this stamp set also includes little leaf and stem images. The dies, however, already have the outline. I wasn't sure exactly where to place my stem and leaf and stay within the confines of the die cut, so I die cut my apples first, then stamped in my leaf and stem using CP Macchiato and Deck The Hall inks.
I find the easiest way to do this is to leave my die cuts in place using a small piece of tape that adheres my die cut on the backside of the cardstock. That way I can still use my Misti stamp positioner.
I wasn't sure if I wanted to ink them once or twice but the ink is juicy enough for one inking. I could have free-handed this part with an acrylic block, which I will most likely do next time, although, now that I know the placement of the leaf and stem, I can probably do it correctly next time I stamp my apple!
For the "seeds", I used my Copic Marker E33 and just swiped the tip up from the bottom of each seed. There's also a seed stamp with this stamp set so you can fill in the entire seed with ink if you choose. I experimented with one of the apples above.
For my green card panel and bushel die cut, I inked up white cardstock using the CP Deck The Halls ink pad. I also layered my card panel with the green hounds tooth patterned paper from the Bushel and a Peck paper pack, and backed my basket die with that same paper as well.
My main focal sentiment was created with Spellbinders black hot foil, my Glimmer machine, and the new Catherine Pooler Joyful Thanks Hot Foil Plate and Dies. There are some really awesome foil plates that are included in this release too, so be sure and check them out! You'll even find foil in the CP shop now!
Lastly, my smaller sentiment included in the set I'm using today was stamped with Midnight Ink with the word "core" stamped in Rockin' Red. I used masking tape to cover the various words while inking each color. I also glued some sequins from my stash onto my card for a little sparkle.
Thanks so much for popping in! If you'd like to purchase any of the products that I used today, some of which won't be available until Wednesday, I have convenient affiliate links provided below, at no additional cost to you. Thanks so much and have a crafty day!
Terri
