New Release Ranger Ink Award Winning Card

Hey there crafty friends. Today, I'm sharing one of two new Wendy Vecchi Make Art Stamp, Die & Stencil sets called "Award Winning". This is such a great set to recognize accomplishments for those amazing people in your life. I wish I had this in my possession before my teenager graduated from high school. So great for your athlete kids, band kids, mom, dad, teachers.....the list goes on!

For this card, I stenciled my background using an older stamp set called Flower Pot and one of Wendy's new ink releases, Mulberry, using the new Ranger Mini Domed Blender Applicators.

I decided to go with a black and white theme with pops of red. This design is great for creating multiples in a reasonable amount of time!! Bonus!

I also die cut an additional black layer to back my trophy and base, for a silhouette effect that I think really makes this stand out. I popped up the inside circle of my ribbon and banner with foam adhesive, to offer more dimension. I'm totally saving this one for Father's Day!
