All About the Eggs with Two Paper Divas Stamps

 I've got a fun card today, featuring one of the new March release stamp sets, "It's All About the Egg", from Two Paper Divas.  There are 6 different eggs with this set and I had so many ideas playing out in my head, it was a bit like sensory overload.  So, I decided to pick one egg, so I could get on with it, haha, and mull over the other eggs another time. 

I think it was Melissa, who did a project recently that featured a retired basket stamp.  Oh, how I wish I had that stamp!  Instead, I made my own basket, drawing it out and stamping it with the TPD background stamp on textured cardstock.

For my eggs, I stamped with a couple juicy inks, then used clear embossing powder with my heat tool and colored in with a little watercoloring.  I love this speckled egg, it is just too cute and there are so many different ways you can go with this stamp.  I also added a sentiment from last month's release, "For Peeps Sake", another new favorite of mine.  I did a little masking on some die-cut clouds and popped them out with foam squares for dimension.
