It's August, already, can you believe it? And, time for the newest release from Two Paper Divas Stamps. My project today features a Firecracker Treat Box and a tag that I colored using the "Make A Wish 2" stamp. I made the treat box from a template that was included in the DCWV Confetti 12x12 stack and the tag was also part of the paper stack. When I saw that tag, I knew it was perfect for this stamp. My candles look like they're sitting on top of a confetti cake!
Isn't it the cutest? The final touches on my tag include coloring my candles with Kaisercraft gel and glitter pens and tying both ends of my treat box with sparkly silver curling ribbon.
Now, you know I love sharing quick tips so here's your tip of the day...
BONUS TIP: Coloring Stamped images- For crisp, clean results, stamp your image with black archival ink. To avoid smears and smudges with the ink, allow ink to completely dry or use a heat embossing tool to quickly "set" your archival ink. Proceed to color.
