Today, I'm creating my second project for The Hop to Stop Domestic Violence, hosted by Becca Cruger from Damsel of Distressed Cards.  Purple is the color designated for domestic violence.  You are welcome to participate by linking up to the challenge, as well.  There are so many crafters and sponsors supportive of this event, and so many stories being shared, from personal experience.  It's really a wonderful thing that Becca is doing.

I'm using several stamps from So Suzy Stamps for my project today, including, Fairy with Flower, Fairy Dust, and a brand new sentiment, No Midnight.  I'm also including affiliate links, if you'd like to purchase any of these stamps.

I used a lot of Ranger distress ink sprays, pigment ink, glitter glue and stenciling to make this project.  I thought I'd stretch my pineapple stencil from The Crafter's Workshop, by using part of the image on my background.  I really love how it turned out.  This stencil is from the "Tropical" collection.  It was once available at So Suzy Stamps but I believe it is no longer in stock.  You can message her if you're interested, and see if she can order it for you.

  9. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to stop by here. I started working my way backwards through the hop and then more people kept linking up and then I kept losing my place and -ugh! Lesson learned! haha :) Anywho - this card is MAGICAL and I'm not just talking about the fairy! I love the ethereal splashes of violets and the yummy yummy texture. Congrats on the feature, too! Thank you for joining in the Hop to Stop and helping to raise awareness for victims of domestic violence.
