Stenciled Balloon Birthday Card with Scan N Cut

 Hey friends, I'm sharing this birthday card that I made featuring a balloon stencil created with my Brother Scan N Cut. I wanted to make a jumbo balloon image but didn't have anything in my stash that would work. Scan N Cut to the rescue!

I made a 6 minute speed video on YouTube showing how to choose the image from the Scan N Cut CM350 and resize to a larger size, plus the creative process to give you an idea how to make one yourself. I had a birthday last month and had colored up this Adornit image, just for fun.  Today, I finally put it together on this fun, layered birthday card.  I grabbed some scraps, which is always good to utilize, and chose lots of geometric patterns, even using some yellow polka dot washi tape and adding some May Arts Ribbons.

 Here's the image I colored on my birthday.  Notice the yummy cupcake in the background?  My hubby was sweet to pick up cupcakes to celebrate.

I've used Sunshine Yellow and Watermelon Skittles on my card.  The perfect colors, don't you think?  All my coloring was done with Tombow Dual brush markers.
