Hello friends, today, I'm up on the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L blog today, showing you how to take partial stamped images and turn them into 3 dimensional foiled elements. I'm using the 3D Creative Foam Embellishment kit with this adorable stamp set from Neat & Tangled, called Christmas Pageant.
